Dooley’s Eggnog

The ultimate winter cocktail
Ingredients:
- 150 ml Dooley’s Toffee
- 4 fresh eggs
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 300 ml milk
- 1 sliced vanilla pod
Topping:
- cream
- cinnamon
Method:
Stir eggs and sugar in a bowl until smooth. The sugar must be completely dissolved. Then add Dooley’s, milk and vanilla pod. Stir until a silky liquid results. Remove the vanilla pod, then fill in small glasses. Top with cream and cinnamon if you like.
