Dooley’s Chocolate Balls white

Ingredients:

  • 200g Dooley’s White Chocolate/White Choc Berry
  • 20g butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 25g Cocoa powder
  • 4 cl Dooley’s White Chocolate/White Choc Berry

Toppings:

mixed hazelnuts, coconut sprinkles, cocoa powder

Instructions:

Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt over hot water. Stir constantly. Add butter, milk, sugar, cocoa powder and Dooley’s White Chocolate/White Choc Berry and stir until a sticky paste. Then let cool. Form dough into 22 small balls and roll through desired topping.
