Dooley’s Chocolates

Ingredients (for about 22 pieces):

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 20g butter
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. icing sugar
  • 25g cacao powder
  • 4 cl Dooley’s Toffee Cream Liqueur

Garnish:

  • 50g dark chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes, chopped hazelnuts, sliced almonds or cocoa powder

Zubereitung:

Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt over a hot water bath. Stir constantly. Add the butter, milk, icing sugar, cacao and Dooley’s and stir in gently until it’s a pasty mixture. Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool. Place the icing you prefer on a plate. Knead into about 22 little balls and roll them through the icing. Shape again and wrap as a gift as you prefer.
