Dooley’s Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 70 ml Dooley’s
  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g Chocolate crumble

Method:

Mix flour, Dooley’s, butter, sugar and chocolate crumbles and knead in a bowl. Leave for an hour at a cold place. Coast the pastry and form or cut as you wish. Back by 180° for 10 min.
