Dooley’s Eggnog

The ultimate winter cocktail

Ingredients:

• 150 ml Dooley’s Toffee
• 4 fresh eggs
• 4 tbsp. sugar
• 300 ml milk
• 1 sliced vanilla pod

Topping

• cream
• cinnamon

Method:

Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until smooth and until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add Dooley’s, milk and the vanilla bean and stir until a smooth. Remove the vanilla bean, then pour into small glasses. Top with cream and cinnamon, if desired.
