Dooley’s Chocolates
Ingredients (for about 22 pieces):
- 200g dark chocolate
- 20g butter
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. icing sugar
- 25g cacao powder
- 4 cl DOOLEY´S Toffee Cream Liqueur
Garnish:
- 50g dark chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes, chopped hazelnuts, sliced almonds or cocoa powder
Method:
Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt over a hot water bath. Stir constantly. Add the butter, milk, icing sugar, cacao and DOOLEY´S and stir in gently until it’s a pasty mixture. Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool. Place the icing you prefer on a plate. Knead into about 22 little balls and roll them through the icing. Shape again and wrap as a gift as you prefer.
