Dooley's Egg - Tiramisu
Ingredients:
- whipped cream
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g eggnog
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 1 cup espresso
- eggnog and chopped chocolate as decoration
Method:
Whip cream until stiff. Place mascarpone, Dooley's Egg Cream Liqueur and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Place half of the ladyfingers side by side in a shallow dish. Drizzle half of espresso over top. Spread half of mascarpone cream on top of ladyfingers. Spread remaining cookies side by side on top and drizzle with remaining espresso. Spread remaining cream on top. Chill the tiramisu for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
