Dooley’s Eggnog
The ultimate winter cocktail
Ingredients:
- 150 ml Dooley’s Toffee
- 4 fresh eggs
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 300 ml milk
- 1 sliced vanilla pod
Topping:
- cream
- cinnamon
Method:
Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until smooth and until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add Dooley's, milk and the vanilla bean and stir until a smooth. Remove the vanilla bean, then pour into small glasses. Top with cream and cinnamon, if desired.
