Grandma Dooley's Eggnog Cake
Ingredients:
- eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml eggnog
- 250 g flour
- 1 pack baking powder
- butter
Method:
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until well blended. Gradually stir in the oil and Dooley's Egg Cream Liqueur. Stir in the flour and baking powder (already mixed together). Grease and flour a baking pan well. Preheat the oven to 180° top/bottom heat. Now bake the cake on the middle shelf for about an hour.
