Dooley’s Pumpkin Latte
Ingredients:
- 475 ml milk
- 2 tbs. pumpkin puree
- 1 to 3 tbs. sugar
- 1 tbs. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
- 120 ml strong hot coffee
- 4cl DOOLEY´S Toffee Cream liqueur
- Whipped cream, for serving
Servings: 2 mugs
Method:
Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, coffee and DOOLEY´S. Divide the mixture between two mugs and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
